Must:
As a Product Owner, you should have strong communication skills that allow you to switch effortlessly between different internal and external stakeholders. You need to be analytically strong, results-oriented, and derive energy from achieving joint product objectives. A good understanding of the business processes of teams and the technical capabilities of HubSpot and related tools is essential. You should possess a natural drive to support colleagues and streamline processes, as well as a passion for easing their workload and providing clarity.
In addition, we expect you to recognize yourself in the following points:
- Experience: Several years in a Product Owner role or a similar position, such as Product Manager or Project Manager.
- Agile and PSPO: Experience in Agile environments, preferably with at least PSPO 2 certification.
- Business Processes: Experience or a strong interest in business processes and HubSpot, with a desire to learn more.
- Methodology: Knowledge of the Winning by Design (WbD) Bowtie methodology, or a willingness to learn and attain certification.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Dutch and English.
Additionally, you should be available for 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid (remote) working is common, and you and your team will agree on your working hours and holiday entitlement to maintain a good work-life balance. Presence at our campus in Groenlo at least twice a week is required.

In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Stakeholder Management: Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and keeping them informed while making the right decisions.
- Product Backlog: Maintaining and prioritizing tasks for a multidisciplinary development team.
- Team Representation: Acting as an ambassador for the Growth & Automation Team and Business Automation & Tooling.
- Maximizing Value: Identifying projects that deliver the most value for Nedap and prioritizing them accordingly.
- Vision and Strategy: Collaborating with the team to determine the vision and establish the strategy.
- Communication: Utilizing strong communication skills to engage with different teams, translating their questions into epics/stories and managing expectations.
- Proactivity: Taking the initiative, anticipating situations, and collaborating with other teams when necessary. You may occasionally take on project lead tasks.

In the Growth & Automation Team, we are tasked with supporting these HubSpot projects and further developments, ensuring integration with various applications like Zuora, Oneflow, Freshdesk, and other tools. As the Product Owner HubSpot in our new team, you will focus on maximizing the value of products, projects, and integrations while managing diverse stakeholder needs across all Business Units. You will translate stakeholder ideas into concrete epics and user stories, driving the product vision and strategy. Your role will allow you to work closely with HubSpot specialists and developers, supporting all Business Units and developing solutions that enhance Nedaps strategic goals.
