Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in bedrijfskundige of technische richting
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als (Technical) Product Owner in een data gedreven of gereguleerde omgeving
- Kennis van IT-systemen, processen en ontwikkelmethodieken
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum
- Kennis van WWFT en AML/KYC-compliance
- Affiniteit met fraude-, risk- en betaalprocessen
- Ervaring binnen i-Gaming is een pre
Responsibilities
- Realiseren van de development roadmap
- Op basis van input vanuit business en compliance vertalen van business-level user stories naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare acties voor developers
- Managen van de sprint en inzicht geven in voortgang en impact, op basis van compliance, data en klantwaarde
- Coachen van het team op samenwerking, werkwijze en continue verbetering
- Bewaken van compliance-eisen binnen FPCC, waaronder WWFT, AML/KYC-processen, transactiemonitoring
- Realiseren van RGCC om onze spelers nog beter te beschermen
- Signaleren van risico’s, kansen en afhankelijkheden bij nieuwe releases en updates
- Beheren van kwaliteit en continuïteit van het product, inclusief deployments & verbeterloop
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt bij incidenten en vragen
