Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, ICT, informatica of vergelijkbare richting.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Product Manager of Product Owner, bij voorkeur met zowel front-end (web/app) als back-end (cloud) platformen.
- Sterke ervaring met externe ontwikkelteams en projectmanagement.
- Bewezen vermogen om visuele, gedetailleerde specificaties, user stories en klantreizen te schrijven.
- Gedreven door digitale innovatie en nieuwe AI-technologieën.
- Ruim ervaring met Jira, LLMs (zoals ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini), een prototyping/wireframing tool (zoals Miro, Figma of Figjam) en een business intelligence tool (zoals Looker of Power BI).
- Beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Ervaring in de lifestyle- of wellnesssector is een pré.

Responsibilities
- Ik ben de product owner van ons eCoaching-platform, de MyDailyLifestyle-app en EMS-planningsplatform.
- Ik vertaal wensen van klanten en interne stakeholders naar duidelijke, visuele specificaties en tickets (Jira).
- Projectmanagement: ik plan, coördineer en stuur de externe ontwikkeling aan, inclusief budgetbewaking en oplevering binnen tijd en scope.
- Ik test nieuwe functionaliteit (acceptatietests) en zorg voor de release.
- Ik stel roadmaps, prioriteiten en releaseplannen op.
- Continu signaleer ik verbeteringen en werk ik nieuwe productideeën uit.
- Ik draag actief bij aan strategie en innovatie binnen het managementteam.
