Requirements
Must:
- HBO/WO werk‑ en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Product Owner E-commerce of in een vergelijkbare e‑commerce rol
- Kennis van B2B/B2C e‑commerce, marketplaces en digitale klantreizen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
- Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en te sturen op waarde
- Ervaring met data‑analyses, pricing en platformoptimalisatie
- Een proactieve, resultaatgerichte houding: je ziet kansen en handelt
- Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken
- Een nuchtere, no‑nonsense en resultaatgerichte mentaliteit – typisch Molco
Responsibilities
- Ontwikkelen en uitdragen van een heldere e-commerce strategie, productvisie en roadmap
- Beheren, prioriteren en verfijnen van de backlog voor alle webshops en platformen
- Schakelen met interne stakeholders, Product Owners en externe ontwikkelteams
- Monitoren van prestaties en continu verbeteren van platformen
- Analyseren van assortiment, concurrentie, pricing en conversie
- Signaleren van kansen op het gebied van content, data en platformgroei
- Bewaken van budgetten, voortgang en kwaliteit van projecten
- Actief werken vanuit discovery: testen, leren, optimaliseren
