Requirements
Must:
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master of Agile Coach
- PSM I-certificaat verplicht, bereidheid om PSM II te halen
- Ervaring met Scrum, Kanban en/of DevOps-omgevingen
- Basiskennis van scaled agile frameworks zoals SAFe (ervaring is een pré)
- Communicatief sterk, analytisch en gericht op samenwerking
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Bereidheid tot afleggen eed/belofte voor burgermedewerkers van Defensie
- Minimaal 32 uur per week, waarvan ten minste 3 dagen op locatie in Amersfoort
Responsibilities
- Faciliteren van het Scrum-proces en teamontwikkeling
- Coachen van één of meerdere Agile teams naar meer eigenaarschap en resultaatgerichtheid
- Stimuleren van het Agile team om actief te werken aan eigen groei en prestaties
- Zorgen voor concrete plannen voor verbetering met heldere ambities en zichtbare voortgang
- Verbeteren van samenwerking en wegnemen van belemmeringen binnen het team
- Samenwerken aan complexe afhankelijkheden en organisatievraagstukken met ervaren collegas

We bieden een salaris tussen €4,867.00 en €6,679.00, goede studiefaciliteiten en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien. Wij werken vanuit de Bernhardkazerne in Amersfoort.
