Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding in IT, Informatica of vergelijkbaar.
- Basis kennis van IT Operations processen (ITIL of IT4IT is een plus).
- Begrip van cloud omgevingen (Azure, AWS of GCP) is een pré.
- Analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
- Leergierigheid, nieuwsgierigheid en de drive om door te groeien.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de vaardigheid om technische onderwerpen helder uit te leggen.
- Interesse in tools zoals:
- Observability (bijv. Dynatrace, Prometheus, Zabbix, Azure Monitor)
- ITSM platformen (bijv. ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Jira Service Management)
Responsibilities
- Meewerken aan het ontwerpen van IT Operations oplossingen op het gebied van Observability, IT Service Management en Automation.
- Vertalen van functionele wensen naar oplossingsrichtingen en functionele ontwerpen.
- Ondersteunen bij implementaties en integraties van Observability tooling, IT Service Management tooling en workflow automatisering.
- Ondersteunen bij onderzoek naar de inzet van AIOps in het IT Operations aandachtsgebied.
- Analyseren van bestaande processen en tooling en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.
- Documenteren van architectuurkeuzes, standaarden en best practices.
- Multidisciplinair samenwerken met Enterprise en Solution architecten in de volle breedte van de door JIVC geleverde IT.
- Bijdragen aan roadmap ontwikkeling voor IT Operations.
