We seek individuals who are dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and have a strong technical background. You should be able to act as a Subject Matter Expert within one of the following fields: Google, Apple, Microsoft, Linux, or Network. We value candidates who are skilled in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems, implementing infrastructure solutions, and performing root cause analysis to develop long-term solutions. Maintaining accurate documentation and IT systems, as well as collaborating effectively across the organization, is essential. We also appreciate proactive individuals who can identify problem areas and mitigate risks using industry-standard methods, and those who can create reports that reflect system and service health.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service for IT-related issues and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for major tech platforms. You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems while implementing infrastructure solutions. Your responsibilities will also include performing root cause analysis, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with team members. You will monitor services used daily, assist with incident and problem management by applying a continuous service improvement strategy, and determine problem areas to take proactive measures. You should consistently engage with clients, development teams, and partner service providers to establish trust and understand their needs and intended outcomes. Additionally, staying informed about market trends, industry insights, and new technology will be crucial.

Description

We offer an employment contract of 36 to 40 hours per week, starting with a one-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent position. Our salary range is between €4,000.00 and €4,500.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. You will receive 25 vacation days, with an option to purchase 5 additional leave days. Access to a pool car or travel expense reimbursement is provided for distances between 10 km and 30 km one way.
