Requirements

Must:
- Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum of 10 years of work experience, including at least 4 years in enterprise or business architecture in complex organizational environments. - Deep expertise in AWS and Azure; familiarity with Google Cloud is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership and influencing skills across cross-functional teams. - Strategic and conceptual thinker capable of translating complex requirements into actionable architectural frameworks. - Skilled in stakeholder management and enterprise collaboration. - Solid understanding of cloud governance, compliance, and security frameworks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in English required; Dutch language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

- Define and evolve the architectural vision for cloud services across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. - Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise strategy, industry best practices, and poly-cloud optimization principles. - Drive innovation and standardization across cloud initiatives, ensuring operational resilience, cost efficiency, and scalability. - Operate as part of a larger business architecture team within the engineering domain, under the leadership of a central architecture function. - Co-lead the Cloud Services area alongside senior product and technical leads, balancing strategic goals with delivery execution. - Provide functional leadership to five Solution Architects specializing in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, each supporting squad-level implementation. - Promote a high-performing DevOps culture with a focus on continuous improvement, reliability, and agility. - Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, networking, application development, and service domains. - Articulate cloud architecture roadmaps and value propositions to leadership and cross-functional teams. - Monitor emerging trends in cloud computing, platform engineering, and DevOps practices. - Champion the adoption of automation, GitOps principles, and self-service platforms to enhance developer productivity and service efficiency.
