Requirements
Must:
- Aantoonbare ervaring als Scrum Master, Agile Lead of Delivery Manager in een SaaS/software-omgeving
- Begrijpt Development Teams en hoe ze (graag) werken
- Analytisch sterk en organisatorisch scherp
- Durft richting te geven en knopen door te hakken
- Gaat goed op een stevig tempo en resultaat
- Krijgt energie van AI en begrijpt hoe tooling workflows kan verbeteren
- Communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands en kan complexe technische en organisatorische vraagstukken duidelijk overbrengen
Responsibilities
- Dagelijks het Development Team aansturen
- Nauw samenwerken met de Product Owner om ervoor te zorgen dat het team sneller en effectiever werkt
- Zorgen dat de stories scherp, werkbaar en goed verdeeld zijn
- Knelpunten actief oplossen
- Voortgang, kwaliteit en voorspelbaarheid bewaken
- Optimalisatie nooit uit het oog verliezen
- Agile werkmethoden toepassen en het voortouw nemen
- AI tooling integreren in planning, documentatie, analyse en rapportage
- Eigenaar zijn van de delivery performance
