- Objectieve diagnose en onafhankelijke begeleiding
- Vaardigheden in het faciliteren van workshops en besluitvorming
Responsibilities
- Bepalen van aanpak, methodiek en planning
- Werken vanuit een onafhankelijke adviserende en veranderkundige rol
- Geen leidinggevende, vervangende of uitvoerende functie vervullen
- Faciliteren van diagnose en ontwerp
- Rapporteren op resultaat in plaats van aanwezigheid
