Requirements
Must:
- Aantoonbare ervaring als Senior Scrum Master
- Kennis van Agile theorie en werkwijzen
- Bekwaamheid in coaching en faciliteren van Scrum-processen
- Sterke vaardigheden in communicatie en stakeholdermanagement
- Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van een cultuur van samenwerking, leren en veranderen
Responsibilities
- Begeleiden van meerdere teams en de organisatie in hun Agile volwassenheid
- Kennis van Agile theorie en werkwijzen overdragen
- Stimuleren van samenwerking en zelforganisatie
- Effectief faciliteren van Scrum-processen
- Coachen van de Product Owner in communicatie richting stakeholders
- Adviseren over procesverbetering en verwijderen van impediments
- Samenwerken met andere Scrum Masters om organisatiebrede effectiviteit van Scrum te vergroten
