Requirements
Must:
- Ervaring als projectleider in ICT-projecten
- Kennis van applicaties en ICT-systemen
- Vaardigheid in risicoanalyses en risicomanagement
- Klantgerichte houding met focus op gebruikersbehoeften
- Sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden, vooral met interne en externe stakeholders
- Bekendheid met projectdocumentatie zoals faseplannen en voortgangsrapportages
- In staat om strakke planningen en budgetten te beheren
- Flexibiliteit in werkplek en -tijden
Responsibilities
- Leiden van ICT-projecten en zorgen voor tijdige oplevering
- Bepalen van kwaliteitseisen en toezicht houden op de uitvoering
- Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en managen van risicos
- Samenwerken met projectteam en andere afdelingen
- Communiceren met stakeholders over voortgang en resultaten
- Documenteren van projectfases en -deliverables
- Zorgdragen voor overdracht naar beheer na projectoplevering
- Voeren van voortgangsgesprekken binnen projectstructuur
Description
Wij zijn de afdeling Informatiemanagement, ICT Service en Onderzoek (IISO) binnen de gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg, bestaande uit ongeveer 60 medewerkers. Wij leveren hoogwaardige ICT-diensten en advies om de beleidsdoelen van de gemeente te realiseren. Voor onze projecten streven wij naar een resultaatgerichte aanpak en bieden we flexibiliteit in werkomstandigheden. We zijn op zoek naar een projectleider ICT voor een periode van 3 maanden, 36 uur per week, waarbij output centraal staat en geen functioneringsgesprekken worden gevoerd.
