- Samenwerken met collega functioneel beheerders bij het behandelen van verzoeken
- Schrijven van documentatie en instructies indien nodig
- Geven van trainingen aan gebruikers
- Vertalen van verbetervoorstellen naar functionele inrichting en documentatie
