Requirements
Must:
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur met Unit4 ERPx
- Kennis van functioneel beheer en ITIL-processen
- Vaardigheid in het oplossen van technische problemen
- Ervaring met rapportages en integraties met andere systemen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kennisoverdracht

Responsibilities
- Oplossen van bevindingen na livegang ERPx
- Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van nog openstaande bugs uit de testfase van ERPx
- Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van functioneel beheer m.b.t. ERPx (toegang, rollen en rechten, rapportages en integraties met andere systemen)
- Overdragen van kennis rondom het beheer van ERPx aan de functioneel beheerders
- Verstrekken van aanbevelingen rondom het beheer van ERPx

Wij zijn de gemeente Zwolle en op zoek naar ondersteuning voor onze functioneel beheerders van ERPx, die op 5 januari 2026 live gaat. We bieden diverse soorten dienstverbanden aan en gaan graag met jou in gesprek om te kijken welk soort het beste aansluit bij jouw wensen. De ondersteuning zal zich richten op het oplossen van bevindingen na de livegang, kennisoverdracht en de dagelijkse werkzaamheden rondom het beheer van het ERP-systeem.
