Requirements
Must:
- Ervaring als Enterprise Architect in een complexe organisatie
- Sterke vaardigheden in verandermanagement en implementatiemanagement
- Expertise in architectuurontwikkeling (business, data/applicatie, technologie)
- Kennis van architectuurprincipes, richtlijnen en standaarden
- Vermogen om C-level stakeholders te adviseren over digitale transformatie
- Ervaring met governance en risicobeheer in architectuurprocessen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerkingsgericht
- Affiniteit met technologische innovatie en toekomstgerichtheid
Responsibilities
- Ontwerpen, beheren en door ontwikkelen van de Enterprise-architectuur
- Vaststellen van architectuurprincipes, richtlijnen en standaarden
- Begeleiden en leiden van veranderingen in de architectuurfunctie
- Adviseren van directie en C-level stakeholders over digitale transformatie
- Zorgen voor alignment tussen businessstrategie, wet- en regelgeving en technologiekeuzes
- Bewaken van naleving van architectuurkaders en principes
- Ondersteunen van portfoliomanagement en productboards
- Samenwerken met de afdeling Innovatie voor lange termijn innovatie
- Intensieve samenwerking met en coaching van (domein)architecten

Wij zijn een organisatie die zich richt op het versterken van de architectuurfunctie binnen het Havenbedrijf. Ons team bestaat uit drie collega Enterprise Architecten binnen de afdeling Digital & IT. We werken nauw samen met diverse stakeholders om technologische innovatie en modernisering te realiseren. We bieden verschillende soorten dienstverbanden aan, passend bij jouw wensen en situatie, en kijken ernaar uit om dit in gesprek met jou te ontdekken.
