Requirements
Must:
- At least 4 years of experience in backend/systems engineering
- Strong in Linux environments, networking, and debugging
- Ability to design clean APIs and data models
- Experience building systems with reliability and performance in mind
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and autonomous work style
- Enjoys collaborating with hardware teams
- Strong communication skills and ownership of tasks
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Develop applications for Linux-based devices
- Improve backend architecture for scanning and order workflows
- Build secure, reliable APIs and synchronization services
- Optimize networking, monitoring, and deployment of our device fleet
- Solve end-to-end problems from concept to rollout
- Collaborate intensively with hardware, product, and design teams
- Set technical direction and coach team members
