Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in modern .NET technologies
- Experience with cloud deployments
- Knowledge of CI/CD automation
- Proficient in scalable application development
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic, or Elastic (advantage)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and the MVC pattern.
- Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across environments.
- Conduct code reviews and create comprehensive unit test cases.
- Deploy and integrate applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, VMs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database).
- Utilize Git and follow best version control practices.
- Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit testing frameworks.
- Use PowerShell and Bicep for scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with strong problem-solving techniques.
- Work effectively within Agile methodologies.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Operations Support .NET Development to join our client in The Hague. This position is freelance with an initial duration of 6 months, requiring 3 days per week on-site. Our ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in modern .NET technologies and will work within a dynamic team on innovative cloud-based solutions.
