Requirements
Must:
- Je bent minimaal 32 uur beschikbaar
- Je hebt ervaring als Agile Coach / Product Owner of Scrum Master of je bent leergierig met duidelijke IT-affiniteit
- Je hebt kennis van Scrum, productmanagement en teamcoaching of je wilt dit snel eigen maken
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Je communiceert helder, blijft rustig wanneer het druk wordt en beweegt mee in elke organisatiecultuur
- Je hebt humor, veerkracht en coaching skills die je blijven ontwikkelen
- Je voelt verantwoordelijkheid en pakt zaken zelfstandig op
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als trainer, coach of binnen een sportteam
Responsibilities
- Je begeleidt teams in hun manier van samenwerken, besluiten nemen en Agile werken
- Je maakt teamontwikkelplannen en bouwt aan duurzame teamontwikkeling
- Je faciliteert sessies die richting, ritme en focus brengen
- Je coacht op gedrag, communicatie, teamdynamiek en verantwoordelijkheden
- Je helpt productteams met scherpere keuzes en sterker productmanagement
- Je ondersteunt organisaties in Scrum en teamcoaching op een manier die bij hen past
- Je onderhoudt relaties via netwerk, WhatsApp en online contact
- Je werkt aan langdurige opdrachten bij middelgrote en grote bedrijven
- Je werkt hybride: op locatie of zelfstandig vanuit huis.
Description
Wij zijn een consultancybureau dat zich richt op teamontwikkeling en teamcoaching. Hier draait Agile werken niet om vinkjes zetten of ceremonies afdraaien, maar om teams die daadwerkelijk beter samenwerken. Je combineert en past je rol aan binnen het Agile speelveld naar waar de noodzaak is voor de organisatie. Soms is dat als Product Owner, soms als scrum master of Agile coach. Je hoeft nooit te kiezen tussen bouwen of begeleiden, want bij ons doe je allebei. Je ontvangt een salaris tussen €5.000 en €6.250 afhankelijk van ervaring en komt in loondienst. Wij bieden sterke secundaire voorwaarden zoals pensioen, laptop, telefoon, hybride werken en reiskostenvergoeding.
