Requirements
Must:
- Experience in first and second line support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hosting-related issues, specifically with Linux servers (CLI), GPU servers, SSL, and web servers
- Familiarity with managing SSL certificates (ordering, installation, renewal, troubleshooting)
- Ability to assist customers with inquiries regarding invoices, payments, cancellations, and renewals
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify the best technical solutions and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Excellent communication skills for working closely with sales and engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Handle support tickets, emails, chat, and (occasionally) phone calls
- Troubleshoot hosting-related issues involving Linux servers (CLI), GPU servers, SSL, and web servers
- Manage SSL certificates, including ordering, installation, renewal, and troubleshooting
- Assist customers with questions related to invoices, payments, cancellations, and renewals
- Collaborate with customers to identify technical solutions and opportunities for upsells or cross-sells
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams for complex issues
Description
