Requirements
Must:
- Circa 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring in softwareontwikkeling, bij voorkeur in complexe omgevingen met integraties en APIs.
- Technisch sterke professional die systemen en datastromen begrijpt.
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum en affiniteit met DevOps en cloud (bijv. Azure).
- Inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor product owners en collegas.
- Zelfstandig oplossingen kunnen ontwerpen en realiseren met oog voor kwaliteit, performance en schaalbaarheid.
Responsibilities
- Belangrijke drijvende kracht binnen het development team zijn.
- Eigenaarschap nemen over wat er gebouwd wordt, voornamelijk in een omgeving met .NET en Java (REACT).
- Oog voor detail in de code hebben, maar ook het grotere geheel van systemen en datastromen in het oog houden.
- Inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt zijn voor collegas en actief meedenken over technische keuzes.
- Initiatief nemen in complexe vraagstukken en andere developers helpen door kennis te delen.

Met circa 250 collegas in Zwolle en Lier werken we dagelijks aan de toekomst van mobiliteit. Wij bieden een uitdagende functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week, een salaris tussen de € 4.500 en € 5.500 bruto per maand, 26 vakantiedagen, een goed pensioen, flexibele werktijden en veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling.
