Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques
- Knowledge of optimization algorithms and trading strategies
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent mentoring and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Implement improvements to our current predictive models
- Write production level code
- Shape the vision for further development of our forecasting platform
- Integrate forecasting into control processes
- Contribute to the optimization of portfolio decisions, such as minimizing imbalance
- Guide and mentor junior colleagues
