Must:
- Afgeronde mbo-3 opleiding verzorgende IG
- Enkele jaren ervaring als EVV-er in de ouderenzorg
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
Responsibilities
- Verzorg, begeleid en verpleeg cliënten met somatische en/of psychische problematiek
- Geef psychosociale begeleiding (ook in een terminaal stadium)
- Verricht verpleegtechnische handelingen
- Coördineer en bewaak de zorgverlening op jouw afdeling
- Werk op basis van het door jou opgestelde zorgplan
- Zet een stapje extra voor cliënten en collega’s
