Requirements
Must:
- Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach met minimaal 13 jaar ervaring
- Aantoonbare ervaring met agile implementaties buiten IT, bij voorkeur in corporate marketing- of communicatieomgevingen
- Vaardig in verandermanagement, teamdynamiek en omgaan met weerstand
- Coachende, pragmatische en samenwerkingsgerichte stijl; in staat om senior stakeholders te betrekken en uit te dagen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Engels als Nederlands
Responsibilities
- Agile principes toepassen in een marketing- en reputatieomgeving waar creativiteit en communicatie centraal staan
- Teams naar een hoger niveau brengen door (team)eigenaarschap, samenwerking en ritme te versterken
- Afstemming creëren tussen agile teams en niet-agile onderdelen in de organisatie voor optimale samenwerking
- Weerstand herkennen en ombuigen naar betrokkenheid door coaching en pragmatische oplossingen
- Agile praktijken consistent maken en gezamenlijke ritmes en standaarden invoeren over meerdere product teams
