Requirements
Must:
- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on supporting the compensation module.
- Knowledge of Other Modules: Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
- Data Maintenance: Proven ability to manage and work with complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively analyze complex requirements, translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Clear Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end users.
- Availability: You should be available for at least 32 hours a week, preferably 36 or 40 hours.
Responsibilities
As an HR IT Specialist specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, I will act as a crucial link between technology and HR operations, focusing on compensation. My role will involve maintaining and optimizing related modules, executing HRIT controls, and addressing technical challenges promptly. I will ensure data accuracy and resolve any system issues to guarantee smooth HR processes. Close collaboration with other HR teams, providing user support and training, and helping employees effectively utilize the system will be essential aspects of my position. By leveraging my expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, I will play a vital role in enhancing the overall user experience, data integrity, and process efficiency.

At KPMG, I will enjoy a gross salary between €3,185 and €5,200 per month, depending on my work experience, along with profit sharing and a fixed expense allowance.
