Requirements
Must:
- Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau.
- Minimaal drie jaar ervaring als scrum master en/of teamcoach.
- Een PSM I certificering (PSM II en/of teamcoachingsopleiding is een pre).
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

- Begeleiden van één of twee teams tegelijk.
- Helpen bij het stellen van leerdoelen en het oppakken van opdrachten.
- Versterken van de samenwerking binnen teams.
- Organiseren van workshops en coachen van teams.
- Geven van training over scrum, agile, feedback en communicatie.
- Actief meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van het scrum masterteam.
- Bijdragen aan een herkenbare en samenwerkende werkwijze binnen en buiten het team.
Description
Wij zijn de KB, de nationale bibliotheek van Nederland, en we innoveren samen met meer dan 500 collegas en netwerkpartners om kennis en cultuur voor iedereen toegankelijk te maken. We bieden een brutomaandsalaris tussen € 3.630,- en € 5.758,- euro, een tijdelijke dienstverband voor 1 jaar, 42 vrije dagen, 100% vergoeding van OV-reiskosten, pensioenopbouw via pensioenfonds ABP met een vergoeding van 70% van de premie door de KB, en een dertiende maand. In ons scrum masterteam werk je samen met collegas van verschillende leeftijden en achtergronden in een collegiale en leergierige sfeer.
