Requirements
Must:
- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau (richting IT of informatiemanagement is een pré)
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in functioneel applicatiebeheer, IT support of een vergelijkbare rol
- Ervaring met SaaS-omgevingen, datakoppelingen en APIs
- Analytisch sterk en procesmatig ingesteld
- Je communiceert makkelijk in Nederlands en Engels
Responsibilities
- Je analyseert incidenten en lost functionele problemen op
- Je test nieuwe releases, updates en verbeteringen
- Je ondersteunt collegas bij vragen over systemen en processen
- Je schakelt met externe leveranciers over koppelingen, APIs en SaaS-oplossingen
- Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en procesverbeteringen
Description
