Must:
- Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie
- Ervaring met de Microsoft 365 suite
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift
- MBO-4 opleiding gevolgd binnen Systeembeheer of een soortgelijk vakgebied
Responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van uitstekende service aan een diverse klantenkring
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken en problemen
- Sneller en efficiënter oplossen van technische issues
- Ondersteuning aan klanten met een focus op service en efficiëntie
- Werken aan vernieuwende oplossingen en documentatie
