Requirements
Must:
- HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in ICT of Projectmanagement
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met functioneel beheer of automatiseringssystemen
- Analytisch sterk en in staat om processen te vertalen naar functionele specificaties
- Communicatief vaardig en servicegericht
- Kennis van informatiebeveiliging en continuïteit is een pré
- Flexibel en gewend aan een dynamische werkomgeving
Responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijk voor wijzigingsverzoeken en incidenten oplossen
- Ondersteunen van gebruikers om het maximale uit hun applicaties te halen
- Communiceren met collegas en schakelen met externe leveranciers
- Bewaken van de veiligheid van de digitale omgeving
- Analyseren van resultaten en bijhouden van documentatie
- Signaleren van verbeterkansen in de organisatie
