Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een IT-managementfunctie.
- Aantoonbare kennis van infrastructuur en softwareontwikkeling, inclusief Agile- en watervalmethodologieën.
- Kennis van retailprocessen.
- Ervaring met leveranciersbeheer en contractmanagement.
- Ervaring met ISAE 3402-certificering is een pré.
Responsibilities
- Functioneel leiden van het IT Operations-team (exclusief netwerkbeheer en cyber security) als Product Owner, waarbij je doelen, beleid en procedures ontwikkelt en implementeert in lijn met je leidinggevende.
- Beheer van kantoorautomatisering (o.a. 365-platform en helpdesk).
- Leveranciersbeheer, inclusief contracten en SLAs.
- Selectieprocessen voor hardware en software.
- Aansturing van de helpdesk (voor bouwmarkt en kantoor), inclusief escalatiemanagement.
- Functionele borging van applicatieontwikkeling in samenwerking met product owners, gericht op centrale systemen (ERP), bouwmarkt- en kantoorapplicaties.
- Operationele sturing van de ISAE 3402 type II-verklaring.
