Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt ervaring als applicatiebeheerder met expertise in AFAS.
- Je bent in staat om functioneel applicatiebeheer effectief uit te voeren.
- Je hebt kennis van HR-applicaties en bij voorkeur ervaring met payrollmodules.
- Je communiceert duidelijk en efficiënt met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je bent gewend om in een agile werkomgeving te werken.
Responsibilities
- Ik ondersteun ons team in de dagelijkse taken van een functioneel applicatiebeheerder.
- Ik beheer de AFAS HR-applicatie en beantwoord en los vragen en problemen op van managers en medewerkers.
- Ik ontwerp en implementeer wijzigingen binnen de HR-applicaties.
- Ik ondersteun bij de payrollmodule, indien van toepassing.
- Ik prioriteer en stroomlijn relevante user stories om de efficiëntie van het team te waarborgen.
- Ik communiceer met verschillende stakeholders en zorg voor duidelijke informatie-uitwisseling.
- Ik werk samen met andere applicatiebeheerders om een consistent beheer van HR-applicaties (zoals ServiceNow, Talentsoft, Greenhouse en Studytube) te waarborgen.
