Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als servicedeskmedewerker of in een vergelijkbare IT-supportrol.
- Kennis van ITIL-processen, Microsoft-producten en bij voorkeur Citrix-omgevingen.
- Een proactieve houding en de wil om continu te verbeteren.
- Goede communicatieve skills en een klantgerichte instelling.
- Een mbo-3/4 of hbo-opleiding richting ICT.
Responsibilities
Als Servicedeskmedewerker ICT handel ik 2e-lijns tickets af met focus op Windows, Office 365 en Active Directory. Ik analyseer incidenten, stel prioriteiten en schakel met andere IT-specialisten. Daarnaast verzorg ik remote support voor eindgebruikers en denk ik actief mee over structurele oplossingen. Ik monitor systemen en signaleer knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden. Verder documenteer ik processen en draag ik bij aan het optimaliseren van de servicedesk-omgeving.
Description
Bij InWork krijg ik een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2500,- en €2950,-, afhankelijk van mijn ervaring. Ik ontvang 8,33% vakantiegeld en een passende reiskostenvergoeding. Tevens krijg ik een arbeidscontract voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op vast dienstverband. Ik ontvang persoonlijke begeleiding van mijn InWork-coach én heb toegang tot opleidingen.
