Requirements
Must:
- Een mbo-3 of 4 diploma richting ICT of vergelijkbaar
- Ervaring op een IT-servicedesk of in een supportfunctie
- Kennis van Windows 10/11, Office 365 en Active Directory
- Je communiceert helder, blijft rustig en werkt hands-on
- Je hebt die typische Rotterdamse instelling: niet l*llen maar poetsen
Responsibilities
- Je biedt on-site en remote ondersteuning bij vragen over hardware, software en accounts
- Je helpt gebruikers met problemen rondom inloggen, e-mail en netwerken
- Je installeert en configureert laptops, desktops en mobile devices
- Je beheert accounts in Active Directory en ondersteunt bij Office 365
- Je schakelt met de tweede lijn, maar probeert altijd zelf de oplossing te vinden
