Requirements
Must:
- Affiniteit met IT en low-code platformen, bij voorkeur PEGA
- Interesse in businessanalyse en procesoptimalisatie
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en analytisch vermogen
- Bereidheid om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen
- Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding
- Minimaal 3 jaar IT-ervaring als PEGA Consultant, Business (Informatie) Analist, functioneel ontwerper of vergelijkbaar
- Behaalde PEGA-certificeringen zoals Certified Business Architect PEGA zijn een grote pré
- Kennis en ervaring met het werken met Agile methodieken
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift
Responsibilities
- Analyseren en modelleren van bedrijfsprocessen
- Vertalen van businesswensen naar functionele en niet-functionele requirements
- Opstellen, analyseren en prioriteren van user stories
- Samenwerken met developers, consultants en stakeholders
- Bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling en optimalisatie van PEGA-oplossingen
- Meedenken over procesverbetering en automatisering
