Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding (IT, Data Science, Econometrie, Finance of vergelijkbaar)
- Nieuwsgierigheid, analytisch vermogen en sterke communicatieve skills
- Interesse in data, AI, digitalisering en de financiële wereld
- Starter met 0–2 jaar ervaring
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en woonachtig in Nederland
Responsibilities
- Analyseer grote datasets om risico’s, klantgedrag of fraude te voorspellen
- Ontwikkel AI-oplossingen
- Adviseer klanten over datagedreven besluitvorming en digitalisering
- Bouw dashboards met tools als Python, SQL en Power BI
- Combineer technische skills met consultancyvaardigheden om processen te optimaliseren
Description
Bij ITDS STAY bieden we een traineeship waar je impact kunt maken met IT, data en AI in de financiële wereld. Je krijgt de kans om direct in uitdagende projecten bij banken, verzekeraars en pensioenfondsen te werken. Tijdens dit traineeship, dat begint met een intensieve bootcamp, leer je alles over data-analyse, AI, en klant relevante domeinkennis. Na 18 maanden treed je in dienst bij een toonaangevende organisatie in de financiële sector. We bieden een salaris van 3.566 euro per maand, een volledig betaald opleidingstraject met officiële certificeringen, coaching en intervisie, en uitzicht op een vast contract. Je werkt in een fijn team in Amsterdam en hebt 25 vakantiedagen, met de optie om 5 extra vakantiedagen bij te kopen.
