Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in IT, Data Science, AI, Econometrie, Finance of een vergelijkbare richting
- Interesse in innovatie en de financiële sector
- Basiskennis van Python en/of SQL
- Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en leergierige houding
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Woonachtig in Nederland
Responsibilities
- Werk aan uitdagende dataprojecten binnen de financiële sector
- Leer hoe je data omzet in inzichten, voorspellingen en procesverbetering
- Analyseer en schonen data, herken patronen, trends en risicos
- Bouw en test machine-learningmodellen voor risico-inschatting, klantgedrag, fraude of procesoptimalisatie
- Pas zowel supervised als unsupervised learning toe in praktijkcases
- Vertaal de uitkomsten naar duidelijke inzichten in rapportages en dashboards
- Adviseer over digitalisering en datagedreven werken binnen financiële instellingen
- Leer presenteren, communiceren en samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams
Description
Bij ITDS STAY bieden we een 18-maanden durend Data Scientist Traineeship dat jou opleidt tot een data-gedreven intern consultant. Je start met een intensieve 10-daagse bootcamp en werkt daarna bij toporganisaties in de financiële sector, met maandelijkse trainingsdagen en persoonlijke coaching. Je krijgt een salaris van €3.566 per maand vanaf dag één, een volledig betaald opleidingstraject, en uitzicht op een vast contract na 18 maanden. Wij zijn gevestigd in Amsterdam en bieden een fijne werkplek met flexibele werktijden, 25 vakantiedagen, en diverse andere voordelen waaronder sportactiviteiten en een gezonde lunch.
