Requirements
Must:
- Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in IT, Data Science, AI, Econometrie, Finance of een vergelijkbare richting
- Basiskennis van Python en/of SQL
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Analytisch, nieuwsgierig en communicatief sterk
Responsibilities
- Aan de slag met uitdagende dataprojecten binnen de financiële sector
- Data omzetten in inzichten, voorspellingen en procesverbetering
- Analyseren en schonen van grote datasets, herkenen van patronen, trends en risicos
- Toepassen van statistiek en exploratieve data-analyse op vraagstukken
- Bouwen en testen van machine-learningmodellen voor risico-inschatting, klantgedrag, fraude of procesoptimalisatie
- Vertalen van uitkomsten naar duidelijke inzichten in rapportages en dashboards (bijvoorbeeld in Power BI, Python of SQL)
- Adviseren over digitalisering en datagedreven werken binnen financiële instellingen
- Presenteren, communiceren en samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams

Wij zijn ITDS STAY, en we bieden een 18-maanden durend Data Scientist Traineeship dat jou de ideale kickstart van jouw carrière biedt. Binnen ons traineeship word je opgeleid tot een data-gedreven intern consultant, die complexe vraagstukken omzet in slimme datagedreven oplossingen. Je krijgt persoonlijke coaching, volgt maandelijkse trainingsdagen en werkt in een fijn team waarin we elkaars talenten benutten om de beste resultaten te behalen. Na 18 maanden ontvang je een salaris van €3.566 per maand en heb je uitzicht op een vast contract bij een van de grote namen in de financiële sector.
