Requirements
Must:
- Dutch speaking and writing proficiency is required
- A higher vocational (hbo) or university (wo) diploma
- 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- A strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills
- A considerable dose of ambition and eagerness to learn
- Affinity with IT and the financial sector
Technologies
Responsibilities
- Participate in a Business Consultancy Traineeship
- Attend a Masterclass (4-6 weeks) to gain knowledge about consultancy in the financial sector
- Complete hard skill and soft skill trainings
- Undertake a stage (4-6 weeks) with a customer in collaboration with colleagues
- Work on assignments at the intersection of business and technology
- Engage in continuous coaching and progress discussions with Traineeship Managers
- Start as an Associate Business Consultant after completing the first phase and tackle challenging problems
- Attend monthly training sessions during the Learning & Development phase
- Utilize access to online training programs for personal development
Description
