Technologies
Responsibilities
- Deelname aan de Masterclass met inhoudelijke en hard skill trainingen
- Verwerken van kennis over financiële themas zoals pensioenen, datamanagement, digitale transformaties en IT-oplossingen en implementaties
- Volgen van soft skill trainingen voor de ontwikkeling van consultancy skills
- Realiseren van een uitdagende praktijkcase en behalen van certificaten
- Uitvoeren van een stageopdracht bij een klant in samenwerking met collegas
- Werken aan vraagstukken op het snijvlak van business en technologie
- Intensieve begeleiding door Traineeship Managers en deelname aan wekelijkse voortgangsgesprekken
- Werken in de rol van Associate Business Consultant met reguliere coaching en maandelijkse trainingen
