Requirements
Must:
- Afgeronde wo- of hbo-opleiding op het gebied van Techniek, Informatica of Natuurkunde
- 4-5 jaar werkervaring in een technische softwareomgeving met hands-on software development ervaring (Java, C++, Python of vergelijkbaar)
- 1-2 jaar ervaring met PMO-werkzaamheden, meewerkend voorman, projectcoördinatie of Agile/Scrum werken
- Affiniteit met formele ontwikkelmethodieken zoals configuratie management, release management, geautomatiseerd testen en systeemvalidatie
- Zeer georganiseerd en communicatief sterk: gestructureerd en in staat helder te communiceren met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders
- Technisch inzicht: begrijpen wat software developers doen en technische discussies kunnen volgen
- Leergierig en ambitieus: jezelf willen ontwikkelen tot volwaardige project manager en uitdagingen proactief aanpakken
- Kennis van Jira, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, of certificeringen zoals PRINCE2 of Scrum is een pré
Responsibilities
Als junior software project manager ondersteun en coördineer ik software projecten binnen ICT TriOpSys. Ik begin met het ondersteunen van een ervaren projectmanager en bouw stapsgewijs uit tot:
- Projectcoördinatie: plannen, bewaken en rapporteren van software onderhoudsprojecten
- PMO-activiteiten: onderhouden van projectdocumentatie, risicologboeken en voortgangsrapportages
- Stakeholder management: communiceren met interne teams, developers en klanten
- Agile werken: deelnemen aan sprints, stand-ups en retrospectives
- Technische afstemming: begrijpen van technische uitdagingen en deze vertalen naar projectplanning
- Release & configuratie management: ondersteunen bij releases, versiebeheer en inzet
- Kwaliteitsbewaking: borgen dat de juiste kwaliteit wordt geleverd conform de ICT TriOpSys procedures
