Requirements
Must:
- MBO niveau 4 richting ICT;
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare rol;
- Affiniteit met Microsoft 365;
- Ticketsysteem ervaring;
- Communicatief vaardig en proactieve instelling;
- In bezit van een rijbewijs is een must door gebruik van bedrijfsauto.
Responsibilities
- Beheer en ondersteuning van werkplekken op jouw toegewezen locaties;
- 1e & 2e-lijns vraagstukken oplossen;
- Actieve rol in migratietrajecten en implementatie van nieuwe systemen;
- Optimaliseren van IT-processen en meedenken over verbeteringen;
- Adviseren en scholen van collegas in het gebruik van hard- en software.
