Requirements
Must:
- Dutch speaking and writing proficiency is required
- In possession of a HBO or WO diploma or in the final phase of your studies
- Availability for 32-40 hours per week
- A starter in the job market, focused on both professional and personal development
Responsibilities
- Gain practical work experience through a traineeship in a dynamic and rapidly changing sector
- Follow relevant courses and training, such as Python, SQL, and Power BI
- Have full control over your career development within the traineeship
- Work on various assignments with leading companies in and outside the financial services sector
- Translate business needs into IT solutions and work collaboratively within a team
- Participate in skill training, including assertiveness and effective influencing
- Collaborate with a personal People Manager for coaching and support during your growth
