Requirements
Must:
- Dutch speaking and writing proficiency is required
- In possession of a HBO or WO diploma or in the final phase of your studies
- Available for 32-40 hours per week
- A starter in the job market, focused on both professional and personal development
- Willingness to obtain Wft Vermogen and Wft Pensioen
- Interest in further IT education such as Agile/Scrum Foundation, LEAN Green Belt, Power BI, Python, and SQL
Responsibilities
- Contribute to pension organizations, insurance companies, and banks being ready for the future
- Translate business needs into IT requirements
- Actively participate in team tasks and take the lead when necessary
- Prepare for a role as Project Management Support or Junior Business Analyst
- Conduct theoretical research alongside practical fieldwork
- Receive coaching from a People Manager throughout the traineeship
Description
