Requirements
Must:
- MBO werk- en denkniveau 4
- Relevante werkervaring in de zorg of (ervaren) doktersassistente/verpleegkundige die opgeleid wil worden tot triagist
- Zelfstandig kunnen functioneren, flexibel en stressbestendig
- Het goed kunnen omgaan met computersystemen
- Beschikbaar buiten kantooruren
- Vriendelijke, heldere stem en goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

Responsibilities
- Eerste aanspreekpunt van de Spoedpost Huisartsen zijn
- Ondersteunen van de huisarts en patiënten telefonisch of fysiek te woord staan
- Uiteenlopende hulpvragen afhandelen met behulp van de Nederlandse Triage Standaard (NTS)
- Zelfzorgadviezen geven en regelen dat een patiënt langskomt voor een consult
- Organiseren van een visite die de huisarts aflegt bij de patiënt
- Bijdragen aan communicatie en samenwerking voor de juiste zorg op het juiste moment
- Ruimte om functie zelf mee vorm te geven

Bij Spoedpost Huisartsen Zutphen werken wij met een enthousiast team dat zorg biedt in de avonden, nachten, weekenden en feestdagen.
