Requirements
Must:
- Hbo‑werk- en denkniveau
- Basiskennis van projectbeheersing of contractvormen (RAW/UAV)
- Interesse in ecologie, waterkwaliteit of natuurbeheer
- Je kunt goed schakelen tussen mensen, belangen en situaties
Responsibilities
- Je leidt onderhoudsprojecten met een groot ecologisch component, waaronder het bestrijden van de Amerikaanse rivierkreeft.
- Je stelt bestekken op, begeleidt aanbestedingen en voert contractmanagement uit.
- Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, financiën en uitvoering binnen meerdere onderhoudsbestekken.
- Je werkt nauw samen met gemeenten, aannemers, werkvoorbereiders, toezichthouders en interne specialisten.
- Je zorgt voor een voorspelbare uitvoering in een gebied met stedelijke, agrarische en ecologische uitdagingen.

Bij het Hoogheemraadschap van Delfland in Delft bieden we een uitdagende rol als directievoerder ecologie en Amerikaanse rivierkreeft, waar je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan schoner water, sterkere natuur en een toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. We maken deel uit van een team van 30 medewerkers binnen de afdeling Onderhoud en Besturing Watersystemen en Waterkeringen, en bieden een fulltime functie van 36 uur per week met een salaris tussen €4.313 en €5.848 per maand, inclusief aantrekkelijke voordelen zoals een Individueel KeuzeBudget, ontwikkelingsbudgetten en flexibele werkplekken.
