Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a data engineering, BI, or IT systems role with analytical focus.
- Strong skills in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, RLS, and publishing).
- Experience integrating data from ERP or CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate or Python.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Understanding of databases, data pipelines, and data visualization principles.
- Fluent English communication skills; other European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, models, and reports that visualize key metrics for operational and business performance.
- Integrate, clean, and structure data from various systems (ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and service tools) for reporting and analytics.
- Build and automate data pipelines using Power Query, Power Automate, or Python scripting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define KPIs and deliver self-service analytics solutions.
- Support data connections between Power BI and Odoo ERP or other databases.
- Maintain basic IT capabilities (e.g., device configurations, cloud access, and network coordination) when needed.
- Partner with external IT providers for system-level maintenance, focusing internally on analytics and automation.
- Promote innovation by exploring new data engineering tools and Azure services for future scalability.
