Requirements
Must:
- Ervaring in een rol waarin je team begeleidt en dagelijkse operatie organiseert
- Kennis van Microsoft stack, waaronder Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, en Azure fundamentals
- Vaardigheid in zowel Nederlands als Engels
- Vermogen om te schakelen tussen dagelijkse operatie en toekomstige roadmap
- Datagedreven werkwijze en eigenaarschap nemen
- Ervaring met coaching en ontwikkeling van teamleden
Responsibilities
- Leidinggeven aan het Modern Workplace & Cloud team
- Verantwoordelijk voor dagelijkse service delivery, inclusief incident-, request-, problem- en changeprocessen
- Eigenaarschap nemen over service managementritmes
- Actief stakeholdermanagement richting klanten en interne teams
- Continu verbeteren op basis van ITIL
- Meebouwen aan roadmap en doorontwikkeling van diensten
- Beheren van security en compliance samen met security officers
- Bijdragen aan architectuurkeuzes en ondersteunen bij (pre)sales of solutioning
Description

We bieden een salaris van € 5.010 tot € 7.157, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, en een individueel keuzebudget van 18% bovenop je salaris. Daarnaast ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 5,94%, 24 verlofdagen, en volop ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling met trainingen en een budget van € 700. Ook ontvang je een leaseauto, laptop en mobiele telefoon.
