Requirements
Must:
- HBO degree in IT
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Mac and Google products
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
- Proactive, able to foresee problems
- Can work independently as well as in a team
- Focused on security and efficiency
- Service-minded and dedicated to helping others
Nice to haves:
- Experience with facility management or in the media industry
- Innovative mindset, looking to improve processes
Responsibilities
- Manage all software, hardware, and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Productive, Bamboo)
- Onboard new Spookies and ensure they are set up for success
- Oversee security, implementing GDPR and ISO compliance
- Advise on new tech purchases and maintain asset registration
- Handle IT-related office matters, such as desk setups
- Collaborate with vendors and external parties as needed
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems for better efficiency and security
