Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, preferably with S/4HANA.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes in retail, logistics, or reverse supply chain environments.
- Experience with multi-country system rollouts or localization is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP configurations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional certifications such as SAP FICO, CPA, CMA, or PMP are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to design and implement finance and controlling solutions tailored to new collection center operations.
- Develop and refine financial processes for returns, inventory write-offs, transfers, refurbishments, scrap/recycling, and reverse logistics.
- Configure core SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
- Ensure seamless financial integration with SAP MM, SD, and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct gap analyses, define business requirements, and map processes for multi-country deployments.
- Lead data migration activities, oversee testing phases (SIT/UAT), and manage user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and external partners to ensure compliance with local accounting standards.
- Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and contribute to the development of dashboards for cost tracking, inventory valuation, and performance metrics.

This role is instrumental in designing and optimizing financial and controlling processes that support returns management, refurbishing, scrap handling, and cross-border logistics. This is a hybrid/remote position with occasional office visits required.
