Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in werkplek- en/of systeembeheer.
- Diepgaande kennis van SCCM / MECM in enterprise-omgevingen.
- Ruime ervaring met Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops en Citrix PVS.
- Praktische ervaring met UEM-oplossingen (AppSense, Ivanti en/of Liquidware).
- Grondige kennis van Windows 10/11, Active Directory en Group Policies.
- Ervaring met PowerShell en geautomatiseerd beheer.
- Basiskennis van netwerkconcepten (DNS, DHCP).
- HBO-werk- en denkniveau (ICT-richting is een pré).
- Ervaring in inhuur-, detachering- of projectmatige rollen.
- Relevante certificeringen (Microsoft, Citrix, ITIL, Ivanti/Liquidware) zijn een pré.
- Hands-on en pragmatisch, gericht op stabiliteit en oplossen.
- Betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig, werkt change-bewust.
- Zelfstandig professional die snel inzetbaar is.
- Samenwerkingsgericht, passend binnen bestaande teams en governance.
- Resultaatgericht en professioneel, passend bij een tijdelijke inhuurrol.
Responsibilities
- Beheer en optimalisatie van SCCM / MECM voor OS-deployments, applicatie-distributie, patching en compliance.
- Beheer en ondersteuning van Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops omgevingen.
- Beheer van Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), inclusief vDisk-imagebeheer, versioning en troubleshooting.
- Beheer van Windows 10/11 werkplekken, inclusief imaging, drivers, updates en Group Policies.
- Beheer en ondersteuning van User Environment Management (UEM) tooling zoals AppSense / Ivanti / Liquidware.
- Oplossen van complexe 2e en 3e-lijns werkplekincidenten.
- Documenteren van configuraties, standaarden en werkinstructies.
- Samenwerking met servicedesk, infra-, netwerk- en securityteams binnen geldende ITIL-processen.
Description
Wij zijn de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en zoeken een ervaren Werkplekbeheerder ter tijdelijke versterking van ons werkplekbeheerteam. De opdracht richt zich op operationeel en technisch beheer van de bestaande enterprise werkplekomgeving, met een duidelijke focus op traditionele beheerplatformen. De inzet is primair gericht op stabiliteit, continuïteit en kwaliteit van de werkplekvoorziening. Wij bieden een hybride werkmodel met drie dagen per week aanwezigheid op locatie, en we streven ernaar om gesprekken snel te organiseren na de Kerstvakantie. Het salaris bedraagt maximaal 4.333,-.
