Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, met minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of relevante werkervaring
- Ervaring met projectmatig werken is gewenst, ITIL is een pré
- Certificering op (voorkeur) en/of ervaring met:
o Microsoft Servers (AZ800/801 Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)
o Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD102 Microsoft certified: Microsoft Administrator Associate)
o Citrix voor ADC/Netscaler (CCP-AppDS Deploy and Manage NetScaler with NetScaler Gateway)
o Cisco (CCNA)
o VMWare (VCP-DCV of VCAP-DCV)
o Nutanix (NCA)
o Application Virtualisation
Responsibilities
- Uitvoeren van ICT (infrastructurele) veranderprojecten voor 2026
- Upgrade naar Windows Servers 2022/2025
- Upgrade VMWare
- Implementatie Citrix Netscaler t.b.v. thuiswerken
- Beheer laptops via Intune
- Bijwerken relevante beheerdocumentatie
- Doorontwikkeling en beheer van ICT-infrastructuur en advisering over verbetering, uitbreiding en/of vernieuwing
- Installatie, configuratie en beheer van servers, werkplekken, netwerkapparatuur en softwaretoepassingen
- Waar nodig ondersteuning van de 1e lijns ICT-medewerkers voor vragen (t.b.v. kennisoverdracht)
- Oplevering impactanalyses en uitvoering van changes
- Beheer en actualisatie van documentatie

Wij zijn Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier, en wij beheren de ICT-infrastructuur van onze dochteronderneming Stichting Waterproef. In de komende periode staan er een groot aantal infrastructuur verbeteringen op de planning. Wij bieden een uitdagende rol voor 32 uur per week, met een maximaal salaris van € 5.661 op basis van 36 uur. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op onze locaties in Edam en Heerhugowaard, met een focus op samenwerking binnen ons dynamische team.
